Those time when you are just wander round in your house, you are hungry for anything sweet, but don´t have anything lie around you really want.. You are not really in the mood for baking, but really really want to, no, need to eat a little bit of happiness!!! Everybody know those times!! 🙂

Let me show you the most delicious treat you can make super quick without baking.

All you need is 10minutes of your time and 20 minutes patience, but i am telling you, its so worth it!!

Ingredients:

50g good tasting chocolate

25g peanut butter ( with chunks*)

a handful of Almonds

and some Maria cookies**

*its optional. You could also use just creamy peanut butter.

**(Its optional. I used the cookies to give a little bit more texture and lightness to my chocolate. I tried it first without and it was just to much chocolate in my mouth, so i prefer with the cookie!!)

Instructions:

Roast the almonds in a pan on low flame for 4-5 minutes, take care not to burn them. If you do burn them, they will taste bitter.

Cut or break from the Maria cookies little pieces, (the size should fit into your form) and also add them to your chocolate.

As the last step you will poor the rest of the chocolate peanut butter mixer over your mold, to cover the chocolates. If your chocolate got to hard to spread, just heat it up for a few seconds in the microwave again.

After filling up each mold with the rest of chocolate mix, level it with a spatula and put it for around 20 minutes in the freezer. As soon as they are hard, you can take them out and enjoy!!

You see, super easy and soooo delicious!! I am actually thinking in making these for all my friends as a little gift. They always love homemade treats and they love to eat :-)!!
